Guest gt75024
Does anyone have any idea as to what modern automatic transmission such as a C4 can be used on a '46 V12 ? Or of a company that has an adapter kit ?
peecher
Flat o Matic products has a conversion kit that will work on the V12 engine. The Flat-o-Matic
abelincoln
Bolt pattern is the same as Ford, so use any adapter that will fit Ford through 1948. Might as well get a 4, 5, or 6 speed tranny. However, you may need to change steering column if you want column shift. Need to convert to open drive line as well.Abe
