Its the complete dash mount unit with three control arms and all parts associated with the controls mounted behind the panel. The unit has some minor pits and shelf ware on the chrome plate. It appears to be NOS but I cannot verify that. Asking $30 plus $10 domestic shipping. I am located in Lititz PA 17543 if interested in local pick-up.
