Leif Holmberg Posted August 31, 2012 Share Posted August 31, 2012 rhead,you need to measure the hubcap,from 1923 to 1927-1928 they have this type of letters and they almost looks the same but there are a lot of different measure those years.And even different material as brass and aluminium.(when looking at the tire just tell you that 32" x 4 1/2" is 23" tires. 4.5+4.5=9 32-9=23) Leif in Sweden.
