The first is an early (first 6 months production) 1931 DB radiator cap base. Not too bad and still has the "alignment bumps" for the bracket which are usually gone. They are peeking out from under the screw. The second item is a home made cast facsimile of a 1931 cap. Heavy brass and crudely done. It will be my paperweight.
