twin6
Thanks to Don Lynskey, we have this great photo taken at an AACA event in Chattanooga, TN in 1968. A model 1-16 runabout with Westinghouse air shocks should be extremely rare if not unique. Does anyone know who owned the car then, or now? I am working with Rob Evans, the Packard Club's new roster keeper for first series single sixes and am hoping one of the viewers will recognize the car. We are coordinating efforts on the first digital roster, and have well over 60 vehicles accounted for by factory assigned numbers. We also have many "mystery photos" (like this one) taken over the decades, and are trying to link the photos to the vehicles. Any help will be appreciated. Rob can be reached via PM as 48customfastback if you have anything to contribute to the effort. The roster, which is very much as work-in-process, is here. We hope current owners will check the roster and provide help in bringing current the ownership information, which for many cars, is out of date by decades.
