Iv looked at the ones on mine and the ones on my friends 38 buick mc cloughlan (spelling not sure ) he,s has hexagonal heads with grease nipples on and mine just look like rubber ends? iv looked on kanter autos and it says kit NOT available if u have the rubber bush type/ HELP. Bobs Automobilia sometimes has them in stock but NOT always as they are hard to find and not being reproduced.
