Guest Bill Miller
I don't know what these are properly called but they look like the cylindrical push pins you can find at Staples only larger. They go on the upper outside of the soft top on a tourer or roadster at the rear top bow for the button holes on the top holding straps to latch on to when you want to roll up the rear window and hold it in place. I need two of them at least and I can probably fabricate them without too much difficulty but it's easier if somebody makes them commercially. Anybody know if these are available??? jpage
Bill, sounds like the old lift-the-dotfasteners or the clinch type. Check with Restoration Specialties in PA ,they carry a large assortment of top fasteners some repro and some original. Ph. 814-467-9842 eastern.
