Looking for a starter for 1914 Metz-same as Dodge

I believe that the Dodge electric starter was the same as the one used in my 1914 Metz. I am having problems finding anyone to do the rewind on mine, so I am looking for recomendations or another starter. 24 volt or 12 volt. Thank you!
