Smartin
Can anybody help me find a working speedometer for my 71 Buick LeSabre? I broke the needle off mine and the weight is off...I would like to find a whole new unit but even just the guts would work. I've been to the yards around St. Louis and the only speedo I could find was rusted out on the ground...I was lucky to find it.
Please contact me if you have any information regarding this issue.
Thanks,
Adam Martin smrtin17@aol.com
Guest
Try the CTC Auto Ranch, Denton, TX at http://www.ctcautoranch.com
I've had very good luck with these people on my 71 Riviera. They have been honest and reliable for me, that's all I can tell you.

Guest Shaffer
Other Buicks will work, if you did not know. The 1971-1973 Buick LeSabre, Centurion, Electra and Estate Wagons all have the same speedometer. However, if you was going to replace the entire cluster, the Electra will have additional woodgrain trim inside the cluster, where the LeSabre is just black plastic, but this does not effect it.
