Guest Cat Rider
Im looking for a turn signal switch for a 66 buick wildcat custom w/o tilt, automatic with column shift. I can't seem to find a whole lot of info out there, or compatability of other models. I really just need the canceling part of the switch. Anybody have any ideas. I just got this car about a week ago and am just getting started finding the few parts I need. You can e-mail me at choppergary69@msn.com
Thriller
Do you mean the flasher? RockAuto Parts Catalog lists that part, although I suspect that is available at your local NAPA / Pep Boys / O'Reilly's. Of course, I may be misunderstanding. Good luck. Guest minkos
i don't know if the canceller is sold separately, but i would suggest getting the NOS replacement for the entire switch assembly if possible. the part number is (group 2.895) 1370140 without cornerning lights, and 1370139 with cornerning lights. i believe this part was used on some oldsmobiles during the same period. check with the guys who sell NOS electrical stuff for buicks and oldsmobiles in hemmings. 1965rivgs
Also need to specify whether your car is equipped with cornering lights. This was a popular option on the `66`s and requires a distinct turn signal switch, Tom Mooney
