Guest sintid58
A/C blower motor burned out day before yesterday got a new one ordered. Look for our gold Riviera missing left front fender once we get to the host hotel today. Anyone that has done one of these is more than welcome to advise. JohnD1956
I saw it done once on a 70 GS 455. Not quite sure it's the same as yours. Here's what I remember:Loosen the bumper and drop it down on the pass side.Remove headlight trim to remove the two bolts behind it for the fender.Remove the hood or reassure yourself that when the hinge is unbolted it won't slip and go through your windshield.remove the top bolts on the radiator supportremove the bolts from the inner fender well ( may have to raise the car to get access above the tireLook under your fender. My 69 has bolts holding the fender on but the 70 has some sort of slide mechanism, which I did not get to see. The car I saw the guy removed the door to try and get access to the lower fender bolts before he found out about that slide system.Thats all I can remember.
