62 special convertible window

I'm looking for the passenger side door window for my 62 special 2 dr convertible. What I realy need is the part that the glass sits in and goes up and down with the window.

If I understand correctly, you are after the chromed window frame. Is that right? I have the same car, but I don't have any spares.

Can somebody verify if this is the same as small series Chebbie's? I know that 61-64 big body cars shared windows across GM lines.

Yes I am looking for the window frame. Mostly the peice that is on the bottom down in side the door that the rollers move in to make the window go up and down. If any one out there has one to sell please let me know.

I don't know about other GM's windows fitting my buick all i was told is that it had to be a convertible wondow. If any one out there knows lets here from you.

I had called one of the repro companies about a 62-64 nova, and the measurements they gave me were different from the buick. What i ended up doing was using the channel ( bottom only) from a coupe, which is identical but longer, cut off the bottom front bracket, cut the channel to length and re-weld the bracket. The enclosed cars not as likely to be rusted out in the bottom channel. good luck, Rick
