Baffled by electrics.

Hello all

I have encountered a couple of problems with my 71 Riv that stump me.

Problem #1: Passenger front cornering turn signal does not work, ie. does not come on at all when turn signal lever is in right turn position.

Background info:

ALL other turn indicators work.

Bulb lights when Park lights are turned on.

Bulb socket, when metered, indicates that the current fluctuates sufficient5ly to make the bulb flash intermittently.

Bulb tested on drivers side socket and is OK.

Any ideas?

Problem #2: Wipers do not work.

Background info:

Fuse OK

Switch replaced last year.

Wiper motor rebuilt last year.

Metering indicates power going to the motor even when the switch is off.

Any help would be appreciated.
