The only way to find a decode for these tags is to find a dealers wholesale car order form. It would have all the codes that are added to the base tag at the assembly plant. I do know of a one-sheet form that I picked up from Mark Cornea (Dr. Decal) a few years back that had some options on it (white with red lettering, if I recall correctly). I also know Paul (Oldsfan) has an extensive listing of codes for '62 Oldsmobiles on his website; just wasn't aware of a multi-page document like the one you found for '61.
