Guest HamlettRB
I got a call recently from a man who said another man (now deceased) had told him about a Beilfuss 2 cylinder engine that was in the backyard of my grandfather's old house. The story was that some people that owned a carraige factory had bought a Beilfuss engine to install in home-built car. It did not happen, and my grandfather got that engine and he apparently used it power some farm equipment. We found the engine last week and removed it 4/19/10. I am hoping that someone can confirm what type of engine it is. It seems to be similar but not the same as Beilfuss advertisements in the 1905 timeframe.
