Roadster90 Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 Might be better to paint both the mirrors to match. Would be kind of expensive to purchase a quart of automotive finish. A suggestion would be to buy a $9.00 spray can of semi gloss SEM Trim Paint (supposedly a factory shade). I used SEM on my coupe mirrors maybe 5 years back and they still look Great...... Guest mhuffy Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 I just repainted both mirrors on my '88 with a can of Bumper Paint which was recommended by my bodyman. It matched perfectly when it dried. When it first goes on it looks like a semigloss, but it will dry to an appropriate finish. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
