with belgian papers. private seller, exchange possibel pre 1920 tourer.

sorry, i'm new at this forum and find difficulty to work wit it as it is, so adding pictures i stil have to find out how to do it??? seems maybe easy to you, but imaging you go to a site in french or even better dutch how you wil clear the problem. looks like ots alreaddy a problem just to go to the site i referd to.
