Guest
I have been trying to find somewhere on the web that sells reproduction Buick parts, like lenses, mirrors, portholes, etc. with no luck. Does anyone out there know of a company that sells items like this?
Guest
Call Buick Specialists, in Kent, Washington, @ 253-852-0584 and talk to either Jim or Bill. They carry an extensive line of Buick repro parts, and in the many years I've dealy with them, I've found their quality to be very good. Good luck!
Mike Book BCA # 9202
Reatta Club # 407
BDE # 109
[This message has been edited by Mike Book (edited 03-08-2001).]
brad54
Another source is CARS in New Jersey. I don't have any complaints with them, either. Some prices seem a bit high, but I haven't price shopped either. Their number is 909-369-3666.
Just out of curiosity, does anyone out there have any opinions on CARS, as compared to other companies like Buick Specialists?
Guest grisby
I dont know about Buick Specialties, but compared to Year One in my opinion, CARS in NJ is top notch. I bought from them at flea markets(Carlisle) and sold to them at the same place. I dont remember the names-I think its Glen and Ben but dont quote me- but those guys are very personable and upfront. I ordered at item some time ago from them and heck it seemed like the next day it was here. And their shipping is fair not over inflated. NOt that Year One is a bad vendor, but they always seem to be out of stock for what I need and their shipping, imho is very high, but I buy from them too albeit I lean more towards the CARS outfit. Thats all I have to say- hope it helps
bill g
