I don't understand why some TC owners pimp out their cars. I would never change the look of my 16v DOHC except for wheels. It's a classic car!

i don't understand why some one would use the discusting word like pimp! to each his own with taste might i sugest the word custom instead.

Pimping a car seems to be an acceptable term for modifying both mechanically and body wise these days. As you say as long as you are happy with the way your car looks that's all that matters.

I like the more subtle modifications ie: engine/tranny performance, better sound systems and keep the appearance the way the designers had envisioned the cars back 20 years ago. That being said I can sure appreciate the time and effort you have put into each of your cars. Obviously we are the same in that the car attracted us in the first place.
