TexRiv_63
I need the pushrod that fits in the crankcase, is actuated by the camshaft, and in turn moves the fuel pump lever. I have been told that wear on this part was a common problem resulting in fuel starvation. Some folks have made their own replacements but I wanted to check and see if anyone had a new or repro part before I go that route.
Steve Braverman
I made one for a Franklin I once owned. It can be made from drill rod, but make sure you harden the ends, or it will wear quickly.
TexRiv_63
Steve,That is what some other owners have suggested but I was hoping they were reproduced. Never hurts to ask!
