Steve Braverman
Where can I get a front floor mat for my '32 Plymouth, or the correct material to make one?
HarryJ
Steve,do you know what the original floor mat looked like? I suspect it was a molded piece individaul to the car. I have a '31 PA roadster and what you discover will be of major interest to me.
Steve Braverman
Harry, this is just about the only part of the car that's missing. The center plate around the shifter is there, and they are also available new. I would imagine that the ribbing would match. I assume that you are right about it being a molded piece unique to the PA (all body styles should be the same).I always see generic ribbed rubber cut to fit, and it never looks good. Curti
I am looking for floormat material as well. So as opposed to starting a new thread, I will pose my question here. I seek rubber matting that closely resembels long grain top material that was used on Model A Fords.
