Tacoma Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 My passanger side door radio speaker has a very small hole worn in the tan cloth cover. Need information on where I can obtain this type of cloth. Guest Greg Ross Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 Yes,The door panel definitely has to come off, there are speed nuts on the back side.One potential source, at least where I found a suitable material when I recovered all mine, a Fabric Store. Ask directions to their stock of spandex/ stretchy fabrics and look for your color.With the stretch weave it's much easier to wrap it around the edge of the Grill without wrinkles. I used super glue, working a short section at a time, once it stuck/ dried I trimmed off the excess fabric as I was going along.Worked for me.
