Guest oldodgeboys
Should a 1925 DB engine number match the car number? If not, how much off could the numbers be? thanks
nearchoclatetown
I've heard to subtract 50,000.
Guest John1918
My '25 sedan is Chassis A452-153, Engine A524-528, difference 72,375.'20 tourer is Chassis 439-112, Engine 491-117, difference 52,005.Engine numbers in earlier cars are about 50,000 higher than chassis numbers but I can't recall the reason for that. The DB Club roster could give you other examples of what you are looking for.
