Vent window seals

Hey gang,

I just received the seals for my front and back vent windows on the '46 Super 4 door. Any good ideas as to the best way to go about installing them? I've got a manual and a chassis book which should head me in the right direction but you never know....somebody may just have a better idea and way. The biggest thing will be to get the whole window out so the shaft can be put through the hole in the seal.
