1919 Locomobile Model 48 Roadster

Fellow car enthusiasts--

I am looking at a 19l9 Locomobile Model 48 Roadster for

possible purchase. Have seen the car; the seller ran

the engine for me (seems fine); and I may be able to go

out on a test drive (my inclination is to have the seller

drive, as I'm not used to a non-synchromesh manual trans-

mission [has to be 'double-clutched', no?) next Sat.,

December 13th. Any pointers as to what I should look

out for in particular? If any of you-all are familiar

with Locomobiles, or could refer this on to someone who

is, it would be greatly appreciated.
