'26 Sedan glass removal

It seems the hot topic right now is removing the window glass from these cars! I'm trying to remove the door panels and the rear-most passenger side window from my '26 Sedan as it's broken and I need to get the pieces out to make a template for a replacement.

I also need to get the door panels off all the way around the car so I can lubricate all of the regulators and door latch hardware. While I'm at it I have a broken exterior door handle I will replace too.
