I am seeking information on the value of a straight 8 Buick engine that was used to power a sawmill. I don't know the year, but it has dual carbs. The engine is ceased, I think, I have not tried to turn it. It is a complete unit.

The value of a used one that might be siezed is about 100 bucks. <BR>Most of the time I buy ones that run and are out of the car for about 3-400 bucks.<BR>Hope his helps.

A fellow here in the NJ could not give his away and finally scrapped it to make room. He knew it was wrong but how long can you keep what you don't need.

If the carbs are stock ,it has to be a 41 or 42 as these were the only years for dual carbs. If the carb and manifolds are good , they should be worth $200
