HarryJ
Hey, Studebaker folks......I am willing to give some needy Studebaker owner a free engine! Recently I purchased a 1922 Studebaker "EJ" light six engine ( see "What is it " ) forum. I have taken the parts I need; head and oil pump, distributor, water pump, generator assembly. The block, crank, rods seem to be rebuildable and I am willing to give these parts to someone who needs them. Let me know.

Guest BritStudlight6
This is a real long shot!!I have a 1922 Light 6 EM here in the UK and am trying to find a Remy Starter 720-c. I believe that this has 3 points of fixing to the block. My existing starter is an English 6 volt Lucas, I think taken from a 750cc Austin 7 and not surprisingly does not have enough torque to start the long stroke 3.3 litre Studebaker engine. Do you have a spare starter you could sell to me or know where I might try to locate one
