It was restored in 1979, and competed in the Concourse d'Elegance shows in 1981-1983 taking 1st - 3rd place best in its class. The car has been stored since, with the original 57k miles still showing. The color is a factory #374 Frances Cream with #274 Tan leather. All the wood was redone in American kiln dried American oak. Where I'm located 1936 - 39 Chevys, Master 85's & Master Deluxe models are being sold between $22,000 - $28,000, depending on the condition and accessories. There was a 1936 Buick Roadmaster in my area that sold ealier this year which was a total project but complete for $10,500 on Ebay, and another for $13,500. I know the book value is a good reference but it doesn't always represent accurately what the cars are actually selling for.
