The sunvisors are a piece of cake to recover.<P>Do not try to split the visor apart. Use a blunt instrument such as a small putty knife to force the new material into the split.

the biggest problem I have had is not splitting them open, but when inserting material under the mirror assembly one of two things happen: the mirror breaks ( have two of those here) or the mirror becomes really wobbly, and there is no way to tighten it. (have three of those here)<P>my upholstery guy won't even touch them.

just wanted to say thanks to all the people who inquired about the sun visors. I have sold both the saddle and red sets, and will have several more in the next few weeks.<P> Mike
