TG57Roadmaster
This ultra-rare '29 Convertible Landau was purchased by the Peterson Museum at January's RM Scottsdale auction, for $40,000. Sure is a purty li'l Chevy...wonder how many are left?Enjoy,TG
aacalifeer
These are some of the nicest looking early 6 cyl. Chevrolets in my opinion. The numbers have been of great discussion for a number of years. Some say less than 50 survive. However from the number that show up from time to time; with a suspected production of around 300; that seems like too high of a survival rate. At one time I saw 3 listed on eBay at one time. Especially considering the amount of wood in the construction. Interest point is that all of these were originally painter the same color as this example. This car is one that makes me wish that Chevrolet kept the kind of records that Ford did in the day. I have heard there will soon be a 29 Landau being shown with the RARE Accessory wire wheels. That will be extra sharp looking!!!
