clabella
my "new" 90 conv. has one problem:though not a mechanic, i've checked the fuse panel but none labeled for courtesy lights;map lights are working;can one bad bulb short all lamps?(haven't checked them);also, there is an unplugged wire wrapped with two others under the matt in trunk; should it be connected somewhere? any advice, please. charles
Barney Eaton
All the interior courtesy lights are on fuse #2 in the fuse holder on =the drivers side of the console. Check the fuse. There is a courtesy light relay, located on the right rear wheelwell (in =front of the antenna), that could be bad. They are turned on by the door switches which could also be bad...... if =one door turns them on but the other doesn't then it is probably the =door switch.=
Guest Bob from Ga.
Any suggestions on why they stay on all the times? I replaced both door jamb switches and the headlight switch module but, they still stay on...help!
Guest mongeonman
Try changing the relay, you will know when you take it off,the lights will come off..if they come back on with the new relay someting else is wrong.
