racingpawpaw
I just bought a '51 Deluxe (at least that's what he said it was) from a man that was headed to the crusher with it. I couldn't stand to see it crushed, so I bought it. I think I can get a title for it, but am not sure about the VIN. Years ago, I had a few '55 & '57's. Best I remember, the VIN was om the left A-pillr. The only tag on the A-pillar of the '51 says "3KKF-33913". Never seen a VIN like this. Now keep in mind, I am a Ford man (sorry) & haven't owned an antique Chevy in 25 years. I don't think this is the VIN. Am I looking in the wrong place? It has the body tag on the right side of the firewall, but no VIN there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
TG57Roadmaster
3KKF-33913Looks like you have a '52 Styleline DeLuxe (KK). The F means it was assembled in Flint, MI, and the range for sequential build numbers is 1001-115255. Can't tell you what the 3 is in front of the KK.TG
