  4. I went to my local Buick dealer and ask what they could find for me and they came up with a reprint in a ringed binder for around $80.00. So you might try a GM dealer. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
  5. My 90 conv dash goes black and "ELECTRICAL PROBLEM" light comes on. the car still runs and drives fine, the cruse control still works. The only thing that is on is "00" for speed and "ERROR" for the odometer and trip. Any thoughs or ideas on this problem that might help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ray <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
  6. <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">I found out that the Reatta's not only have a coolant temperature sensor but a thermo fan switch that controls when the fans cut on. I work at an auto parts store and it runs about $15. I'm gonna buy one today and install it tomorrow. I will let you guys know if it works. </div></div> I had a problem with my cooling fans, I am an electronic tech. so I did some trouble shooting my self, what I found was a bad connector mounted on the left front fender just behind the air filter box. the relays were getting control voltage and operating properly but not getting fan power voltage. This connector is held togather with a 10mm bolt. You have to remove the air filter box and take the connector apart clean it and reassemble it. there are two (2) large red wires make sure that there is power on the input and the output side of the connector at all times. There are a lot of wires going to this connecter so clean them all while you have it apart. HOPE this helps let me know Ray
