  1. Same thing happened to me....a skilled windshield replacer can install it reasonably with a perfect seal using the materials they have access to.... cost me 200 to have him pop out the junktyards' windshield and R&R my old one. Call around or ask local mechanics who they know who replaces them labor wise
  2. headlight problems can usually be easily fixed for practically nothing by disassembling and replacing the worn nylon bushings by going to your local hardware store and buying a short complimentary piece of nylon hose, usually for under a dollar or two, then cutting them with a single edged razor into the correct length like making a tiny donut, and slipping them in..PRESTO !!! working pop up headlights !!!...sure beats expensive and time consuming repairs through a mechanic, altho you might be able to talk one into R&R for a small fee for their time.....if the motors have no strength left, which is rare considering the short length of time they have been used over the years, go to a motor rewinding shop and have them recondition them for a small sum for you, then apply the fix above...MAGIC !
