Anybody here tell me what oil to put in the window pump,and how much.I did a search and came up empty handed.Sure would appricieate any info I could git from yall on this pump.

Rolf,wonderin if you may by any chance have any of the trim Im missin off of my 47 4dr.On the left side,I need the piece that goes between the hood and the front door,then on both sides,Im lookin fer the trim on the botttom rear of the rear quarter,just behind the skirts.If you have any of this stuff,and wanna part with it,please gimme a holler at rodsfords@yahoo.ca 'Preciate it Rod

Couldnt be happier to be wrong.Thinkin more and more bout puttin the runnin gear outa my 47 into a Model A,then dumpin a warmed over 460 in the Lincoln>Leave it lookin stock sept for air bags,so I can drop it.

Actually,the song is about a Model A with a 8 cyl. Hot Rod Lincoln ( Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen ) My pappy said, "Son, you're gonna' drive me to drinkin' If you don't stop drivin' that Hot Rod Lincoln" Have you heard this story of the Hot Rod Race When Fords and Lincolns was settin' the pace? That story is true, I'm here to say I was drivin' that Model A It's got a Lincoln motor and it's really souped up That Model A Vitimix makes it look like a pup [color:\\"red\\"]It's got eight cylinders , uses them all It's got overdrive, just won't stall With a four-barrel carb and a dual exhaust And four-eleven gears you can really get lost It's got safety tubes, but I ain't scared The brakes are good, tires fair Pulled out of San Pedro late one night The moon and the stars was shinin' bright We was drivin' up Grapevine Hill Passing cars like they was standing still All of a sudden in a wink of an eye A Cadillac sedan passed us by I said, "Boys, that's a mark for me!" They arrested me and they put me in jail And called my pappy to throw my bail And he said, "Son, you're gonna' drive me to drinkin' If you don't stop drivin' that Hot ... Rod ... Lincoln!" I actually bought my Lincoln to build a A-Bone with the V12,but the car is way to clean to part out.....unless nobody buys it.It just may go under the knife after all.

Thanks for the number Dizzy,The only thing resembling rust is a spot about the size of my little finger nail on the drivers side floor,other than that she's solid.Lookin through my stuff though I do believe I'm missin 3 pieces of trim,the two down low behind the fender skirts,and the short piece between the hood and door on the left side.Anybody have a line on this stuff?

I have a 47 Lincoln 4dr Sedan,in pretty nice shape,but not runnin right now.I got the car in a trade and was plannin on using the V12 in something else,but its looking like this car maybee a little more valuable than I originally thought.The car is quite complete and in nice shape,no rust at all.The motor was rebuilt 5 years ago,but never got run after that(They never tried,instal is not quite done,just some little stuff left).The interior is complete,but the seats and door panels should be redone. I would appreciate it if any one could give me a rough and dirty idea of what a car like this should sell for,not a pie in the sky dream number,but a realistic value.
