  1. you should try doing the 16 valve model and routing everything, im glad enough of my harness is still in good shape and i was able to jerry rig the rubber 3 way off the intake so i didnt get a huge vacuum leak when i had to replace my fuel pressure regulator which ment taking the radiator and fan out, take the rail out, etc etc and was a 2 day job in the end and a lot of spaghetti

  2. i think i did the one in my pickup with 2 cans, and it was empty and had r134 in it so i vacuumed it out and converted back to r12. im tempted to see if the sysytem in my 89 works, might try converting it only cause the r134 is cheaper if it doesnt work and all leaks out lol

  3. I have a lot of left over parts im willing to bring with me. Im going for 3 days and trailering my TC so im coming with a pickup.

    I have:

90 Black interior about 85% complete all in good shape (seats, door panels, rugs, console lid, rear spare tire compartment complete, etc etc

lots of gas charged struts for hood and trunk

2 hard top pull down assemblies

1-89 originall all metal T2 radiator ic combo in very good shape

set of power seat bases with motors, were working when removed

Misc ginger plastic interior pieces- door sills, sun visors, etc

284 getrag 5spd trans for 16Valve -good for parts, have flywheel also, was good when pulled 3 years ago

    Front door glass original

16V shifter assembly with burlwood knob

teves brake pump abs unit used was working when removed

    90 black steering column

    Misc stainless trim

90 16 Valve smec engine computer california emissions compliant

    quarter glass

    rear view mirror

black leather shifter boot from 90 TC

    Abs computer

    Gauge cluster

    stock rim

I am willing to sell the stuff for reasonable offers, il ship parts if somebody wants me to, or il bring them to the show July 6-8

  4. I spent time picking up parts that were the right color, right condition, etc, so i parted a wrecked 89, a rusty 90, a brakeless 89 and after all that fun, i managed to get all the parts, sold all the stuff i didnt want or need, and im still bursting at the seems with parts in my basement. At least i didnt destroy anything that was saveable. But in 6 years i changed the complete interior out and in 4 days i did everything else so i could finally drive it. Its strange as i have to be one of the youngest TC owners
