  1. I am looking for the rubber coated wiring that goes to the back-up lights and the license plate light and is put through the three holes under the trunk lid. I was going to send this to Steeles to see if they can make it, but was wondering if anyone knows where I could get them anywhere else. I know they have been made before since so many Skylarks have this also. Would appreciate your comments. Thanks.
  2. Roadmaster and Super were the same, the special is smaller.
  3. I'm surprised no one mentioned it, but how about Howard Hughes's 53 Buick Roadmaster, 4 door sedan that sold for $1.6 million? Out-fitted with a 24V electrical system (to start his airplanes) and an air-purifying system!
  4. Mike, That's definitely the right color/pattern - same as my parts car. The back seat looks excellent though. I have also bought fabric from SMS (as Bob has suggested)and they do a good job, just a little unreliable as far as lead times and follow up. Nice Car!!
  5. Mike, I see you also have a 76R. I would love to see a picture or two of it if you have them available. Thanks.
  6. I am presently restoring a 53 Rdmaster 2-door ht, and I also have a Sedan parts car. If you have pictures I should be able to help.
  7. Thanks for the reply. I'm looking forward to finally getting this thing done. Take care.
  8. I have a 1953 Roadmaster, 2 door that is almost finished with a full body off restoration, and I was curious on how many 76R's are out there that are also restored?
