I have a 48 C40 Crown Imperial and just rebuilt the engine replacing the rear main seal in the process. Withing 2 miles the rear main oil seal had popped out against the bolts on the torque converter, destroying it. I though the engine builder had goofed, purchased a second, installed it with the same results, tried again gluing it to the cap and still doing the same. Need advise on what the hecks happening and how to get one to stay in. Any ideas or leads greatly appreciated.
