this car has some surface rust and needs paint and ALL chrome redone
the interior was extremely mouse infested and will need interior restoration
drivers side quarter panel replaced due to accident that occured in 1971 with rust free arizona quarter
car runs well, carb rebuilt, brakes redone

40 roadmaster coupe- near perfect 95% rust free body, was being converted into street rod untill new project came along.
original frame blasted and painted, set up for nailhead and turbo 400
all new front suspension pieces, king pins, upper rods, lower rods, everything.
rear suspesion modified for 64 wildcat rear and original coil springs.
radiator and heater cores cleaned.
comes with:
nos rocker panels
nosrocker mouldings
nos trunk lid
new weatherstripping kit
Car was factory blue/ gray, radio deluxe heater
body is currently off frame for work already described

This is a complete car, missing only bumpers, but 49 plymouth bumpers included

guys- dual master brake systems DO use a proportioning valve- the proportion the brakes 70/30 front/rear- they are not the same as a distribution block- those do not have a valve to keep one set of brakes working if you loose one side. They dont work the same as disc/drum, but they are proportioning- most of your pedal feel comes from the rear brakes, so they must be. hope this helps

simple- i've done about 9 of theses conversions.
use a 67-69 master- you must use a bendix master
you do NOT have to change the booster.
you MUST use a proportioning vale from a 67-69 drum-drum full size, or a 67-69
skylark- the conversion will NOT work if you dont put in this valve
