  1. Joe, <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: joe_padavano</div><div class="ubbcode-body">My only point is to not get too excited about this version of the parts book. S. Code) paying special attention to the "Fair Use" doctrine. Whatever you think the AACA or mods "might want to review" would certainly be better taken up with them, rather than airing it out publically. C.J.
  2. Gee, Joe...I thought having a free reference manual was pretty cool. Obviously I set my sights too low. C.J.
  3. The link below is a free download of the 1965 – 1975 Olds Cutlass 442 Parts Manual. http://codyholman.com/Oldsmobile19651975Parts.pdf Thanks to Sam (72XW30) of ROP. C.J.
  4. Could be.... http://cgi.ebay.com/PLAYBILL-for-SOUTH-PACIFIC-1961_W0QQitemZ300154262597QQcmdZViewItem http://www.seeqpod.com/star_search/florence_henderson/florence_henderson.html http://www.tvparty.com/tv3/olds88.ram Contact: c/o FHB Productions, P.O.Box 11295, Marina Del Rey, CA 90295. That's just a sampling of what I found. Google is your friend! C.J.
  5. Glenn, I knew you'd have the right answer! Thanks again. C.J.
  6. I have a 71 Cutlass. What product was used to seal around the hardlines coming from the A/C suitcase? The black "foam" (or whatever it is) is cracking and falling out. Thanks in advance. C.J.
  7. Open a free account at www.photobucket.com You can create folders, host and resize photographs there. C.J.
  8. I'm in San Antonio and have a 72 parts car. If you can't find anything by Friday, email texasred-at-satx.rr.com (sorry...trying to kill the spambots). I'll look at it this weekend and let you know what kind of shape it is in. C.J.
  9. A previous owner of my 71 installed a tilt/cruise column from a 73. Doesn't seem to be any real difference when I compare the 73 tilt/cruise column in my 71 to the tilt column in my 72 parts car. Power trunk release requires cutting and fabrication. C.J.
  10. Just the tic-toc-tac? Here's the wiring diagram for a '71...which is the same as a '72 for the tic-toc-tac. http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o263/texasred_satx/rallypakwiring.jpg If you are installing the other gauges, you'll need the proper sending units. The idiot light senders won't work with gauges. The pins on the connector at the gauge need to be reconfigured, too. Refer to the diagram Good luck. C.J.
  11. Looks like Watertown, WI. http://cgi.ebay.com/Stutz-Bearcat-Car-Do...VQQcmdZViewItem I love Google! C.J.
  12. Pretty much all Q-Jets were 750 CFM. The only exceptions are ones used in motor homes and late model smog motors. Yours is a 750 CFM model from a 1973 Oldsmobile 455 with Automatic Transmission or 1974 Oldsmobile 455 with Manual or Automatic Transmission. C.J.
  13. I have a '71 Cutlass Supreme convertible with a TH-350 transmission. The ID tag is 71 LA 147 D. From what I have been told: 71 = Year Model LA = Series 32, 36, 4200 (except G90/G91) Release Group M38 147 = Date code. Is the date code a Julian date? That would make the build date May 27. D = Day Shift Correct assumptions (especially the date code) or not? Thanks in advance. C.J.
  14. All of the numbers I have seen (IF ANY) have all been on the drivers side rear near the back brace on the outside or top of the frame. C.J.
  15. Pardon me for being dense...you said the plastic cowl covers are on Year One's site? C.J.
