Does anyone know what the correct color is for the brake booster on a 1971 cutlass thank you

FYI, the tailgate window switch on a vista cruiser wagon is the same switch that the cutlass/442 uses for the conv top.

I have a set of hooker super competition headers on my 71 cutlass supreme convertible, fit with no problems, aside from the backdrive linkage and the dist block, went right in. and yes, the ad said "will not fit cutlass supreme"- due to engine location"- haha what a bunch of bull...

i forgot which way the front springs go- does the flat part of the spring go into the lower control arm , or does it go up into the frame? thanks

do the front coil springs on a 1971 cutlass have isolators from the factory? or is it just metal to metal betewwn the spring and the control arm/ frame? thank you Dan

mine is in mint condition, i just dont like the way it looks. if i take it off, like anything else i modify, i save the old parts just incase i ever sell it and the guy wants to return it to original.

i saw the ones on year ones site. I know that it is a cowl cover, but the factory one just looks so cheezy, like someone took some chicken wire and screwed it in. i just didnt know if this was a factory part, or if someone just stuffed any old screen there. I think ill get the plastic one, too, since when the hood is open, it is very visible. thanks for the replies Dan

I have a 71 cutlass convertible, and on top of the cowl, the part that the rear of the hood covers when closed, there is a wire mesh- type screen that looks real crappy. Ive seen other cutlasses at the cruise nights, they have the same thing, so im assuming this is factory. Am I correct that this is a factory part??

hey guys im looking for the chrome strip that goes across the rear of the hood, on the hood, where it meets the windshield. 1971 cutlass supreme convertible. been looking for this piece for years, cant seem to find it. hopefully someone on here has one they want to sell, or is parting out a 1971.
