My first collector car was a 1958 Edsel Pacer, and my last one was a 1965 Corvette that I sold after 25 years this past April 1.

I use Black Magic Bleach-White on all the tires on my cars. It whitens the white, and makes the black look blacker.
Also, on a side note, I restore old 1/25 scale models. I soak the parts I want the paint removed in the Bleach-White for several days, and it removes the old paint.

Two weeks ago, I sold my 65 Corvette that just got to expensive to drive. I was getting between 10 and 12 mpg using premium gas, that is $1.00 or more per gallon above the price of regular. I've been looking at a replacement car that has either a four or a six cylinder engine. Dart, Falcon, Nova, Volkswagen or something similar.
I want an older car that I can take on a road trip, without breaking the bank.

I have three of the 'newer' Mustang's. The 1998 convertible is my wife's. I bought it for her in 1997 on her birthday.
The 2001 Mustang Bullitt GT was my daughters. She bought it new, and I bought it from her in 2006.
The Grabber Orange 2007 is my daily driver, also bought new.
