  1. I am looking for brake drums for my 25 DB Touring with steel disc wheels. Are there any sources for replacement drums? Or a way to convert to disc brakes?
  2. We are having trouble installing a rebuilt transmission and clutch assembly. What is the thickness of the clutch plates? Are there any shop drawings available of the clutch assembly? Any help will be appreciated. Nick

  4. What was the original finish on the pot metal parts, steering wheel, spark advance and throttle? Were they polished or painted?
  5. I am having a transmission reworked with new bearings and seals and we now have the clutch to service what shoud we do to service this clutch?

I attended the gathering in GALT last summer and met some of the members who have been helping me with my car.   10. GREAT one more guy in So. Calif maybe we can get a local chapter of DB'ers I attended an outing in Galt CA for the No. Calif DB's and it was great to be meet them and see all the neat old DB's. The guy you need for parts is Roy Brister in Carmichael CA dbtruck@surewest.net I have bought parts from him and met him in Galt he is very knowledgeable and helpful.   11. Where is the Hershey car show held I am flying into Dulles, Washington DC to see the show but can not find an address to the show grounds. we will be staying in Falls Church VA and just coming to the show on Saturday. Any help would be appreciated. Nick
  12. Welcome to the DB's I am also in Southern Calif. and have a 25DB Touring and a member of the DB's and Northern Cal. DB's This is the greatest group of people, always their to give a hand when you have questions. If I can be of any help contact me.
  13. I also have a 25 DB and had a non working horn and found one that works great for $30 at www.harborfreight.com I know its not keeping everything oringinal but it works and I love driving this old DB.
  14. I just took a look at my distributor cap and rotor on my 25 DB and found the rotor brush nearly worn out the distributor cap contacts ar discolored on one side of each of the 4 points. Do I replace the brush in the rotor or the whole rotor? Can I clean up the Distributor cap or should I replace it? The car has been running fine.
