I don't know what they call it but I do see them on ebay for Chevy's all the time.

RSB-301, RSB-301-1, RSB-301-4, RSB-301-5 all are for Mack trucks that range from 1941-47 I would think your RSB-301-6 would be for a Mack truck also but what year I am not sure, may be 1948 or newer.

I thought Model A carbs even replacements had a place for a choke rod and fuel mixture adjustment this carbs choke is set by a wire or cable.
