  1. A cheap and easy first attempt would be some tuner cleaner from Radio Shack. Use the little straw to spray everything down and then slide it around a few times. Even if it doesn't get better, you haven't wasted but a couple of bucks and you might even find another use for the leftover cleaner.

  2. Under the Post New Topic or Post Reply button is the word search ( Underlined ), if you click it you get an input form, in the Search Words box key in a keyword, like struts, steering wheel, or abs brakes and it will return a list of messages containing whatever you keyed in. For most search words there will be enough information and links to help you with your current problem or parts quest. I'm not rtrying to stop the board in it's tracks, just give you a little instant gratification. Gives you a feeling for where the board has been and where it might go.<BR>Enjoy. shocked.gif" border="0

  3. I have the Helms $120 five inch thick manual for the 1990, it's looseleaf in a binder. In April when I retire I hope to scan it all into an Adobe pdf file and burn it onto a cd. I'll keep you posted on my progress. You are more or less a neighbor being over near Baltimore somewhere.

  4. I bit the bullet and bought a 90 manual from Helm. It's loose leaf and came with a nice binder, once in the binder it measured maybe a sixteenth shy of 5 inches thick. So tonyl, expect a right heavy package. I recieved mine in just a couple of days. Anyone out there have knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, I would love to turn this behemouth into a pdf file on a cd but see scanning that much material as a task for superman.
