Many moons ago, I learned that a guy could urinate on the fuel pump to cool the fuel.
Any one have luck with this?

Hi,
Side curtains on our friend's '26 Studebaker are stored in the top, rolled up like window shades. Just pull them down when the rain starts.
Has anyone seen this?

Hi,
Sorry about the poor photo.
" Chrysler, The life and times of an automotive genius" by Vincent Curcio. 2000
669 pages of history about the man and his work in the automotive field.
It took me over 6 weeks to finish.
Santa enjoyed his ride in our Chrysler last Saturday, but with his ample frame, it took three people to extricate him from the front seat.

I would start with contacting Rob Burchill at Hattie's Garage in Maryland. hattiesgarage@comcast.net
Please keep us posted with your fix.

Most likely.
Especially in or around the exhaust system parts, and all the friction material in the clutch and brakes.

The next time you go to Maine, take a side detour to North Newcastle. Stop and enjoy the ambience at the
intersection of North Newcastle Rd and Maine Route 194.
Unfortunately, the convenient store there has closed. Can one imagine why?

Hi,
Thanks for posting the link.
I bought brass stem tubes from Universal about 10 years ago and have installed them in two of our tires on the '26 Chrysler.
I've had two failures where the stem goes into the tube.
From the photos, looks like that there isn't enough flange on the stem to hold the inflation pressure.
I contacted Universal, and they suggested the stem as shown in the photo.
Challenge there is to find a shop to hot vulncanize the stems onto the tubes.
From the link, it looks like the Model A stems have a flange that will work.
That may be the best option at this time
