Does anyone know how many Pontiac Sales Brochures were produced for 1926 and 1927 Pontiacs? I have a few but feel like there are others that were made that I do not know of.

Does anyone know of a company that sells corduroy upholstery? I am looking for corduroy for a 1926 Pontiac. Years ago, Hampton Coach had a kit for a 1926 Chevrolet that was corduroy. Although it was not an exact match to the 1926 Pontiac corduroy, it was similar. Does anyone know who bought Hampton Coach's fabric and who supplies corduroy upholstery now?

Hi, Thanks for the info; however, it is not bedford cord I am looking for, but actual corduroy. Hampton Coach used to sell a 1926 Chevrolet kit that was somewhat similar. Does anyone know who bought all of their fabrics when they went out of business?

The closest match to what I believe to be correct is the 80 mph speedometer in your book, as I believe the Pontiac AC Speedometer for 1926 was like that except the maximum speed is 75 mph. However, I have seen a few in 1926 -1927 Pontiacs that have 80 mph on them like the one in your book. At any rate the reset stem is at the 5:00 position coming out of the base instead of coming out of the face of the speedometer, as it would not fit in the hole on the dash unless it coming out of the base. To sum it up, I think the correct model for the 1926 Pontiac is a 75 mph version of what is shown in your book. Where are you located? Thanks!

Does anyone have any information on the different types of speedometers that AC Spark Plug Company made in the 1920s? I am trying to determine the different speedometer models and what they were used in. For example, I have seen some with 75, 80, and 90 mph maximum speeds as well as different sizes and styles. Does anyone have an AC Parts catalog from the 1920s that shows or tells which speedometers were used on the various automobiles in the 1920s?

Do you have any AC information on the correct AC speedometer for the 1926 Pontiac? The only information I have ever seen says it is an AC 75 mph speedometer, but I have also seen an 80 mph speedometer on a 1926 Pontiac. Do you have a book like this for AC Speedometers as well?

Does anyone have information on the factory spark plugs for a 1926 Pontiac? I believe they were originally a type "B" from the factory, but I have also seen them listed as AC 78's. Which is correct? Also, the correct speedometer for the 1926 Pontiac is an AC 75 mph speedometer. Does anyone have any AC speedometer literature from the 1920s that would show this?
