  1. My '31 Pontiac's gas tank looks like swiss cheese. I'm thinking about bringing it to a radiator shop nearby but the entire top is badly corroded and very thin, full of holes. I'd prefer to replace it with a better tank that I can have cleaned and lined. I would also consider an aftermarket alternative or a gas tank from a different make & model that might fit. The dimensions are 36" long x 13" wide x 8" tall.
  2. For anyone referencing this post, please note there is an error in the timing sequence posted by "Guest" above. The correct timing is 1-5-3-6-2-4 as per the Oakland Pontiac Shop Manual section 5 page 8.
  3. Hi all, I recently purchased a 1931 Pontiac Model 401 Four Door Sedan. The front fenders and running boards are in pretty bad shape. It doesn't seem like there's much out there for sale. I was wondering if they can be interchanged with a Chevy or Oldsmobile. If someone has an idea, please let me know. Thank you!
