I have a inline 6, 200 cid might you have parts for that?

I am trying to find out what year(s) the 1931 motor is interchangeable with. My motor stamp is P796615 and I found a complete motor P467070 believed to be a '29. Wanting to know if the cam is interchangeable? Thanks in advance!
